Subject: Town of Yountville Offers Cooling Center During Heat Advisory Conditions

The Town of Yountville will offer cooling center operations for the higher than normal temperatures that are forecast from June 22 through June 25. The cooling center is located at the Community Center at 6516 Washington Street in Yountville.

The forecasted temperatures are expected to exceed 100 degrees on Thursday June 22, 2017. This will be the warmest day of the week with temperatures forecasted to drop into the high 80’s and low 90’s for Friday and the weekend.

The Community Center will be open as follows: Please check in at the front desk to verify the exact room: 

Thursday, June 22: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday, June 23: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 24: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the Library
Sunday, June 25: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 

Should conditions change, additional hours and openings will be added as needed.
