The Town of Yountville (the “Town”) is soliciting proposals from knowledgeable qualified firms for a hosted Electronic Content Management and Records Management solution, including the conversion of data, images and recordings stored in their current repository (1DocStop). The Town is seeking cost-effective option(s) for meeting its needs for document, image, and retention management processes. The selected Vendor(s) will provide products that best meet the requirements listed in the Checklist for ECM and RMS System Requirements, Exhibit A.
