The Yountville Commons is the heart of a well-established historic town.  The project will be a place that blends old and new uses with a seamless approach that prioritizes nature and gathering areas to complement buildings and parking. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform the former school site into a vibrant, community-centered space that reflects the Town’s values, identity, and future needs.

Rooted in the Town’s General Plan and community feedback, the Yountville Commons vision was unanimously approved by the Town Council earlier this year. The updated site plan carries that vision forward by balancing workforce housing and open space with pedestrian-friendly design that preserves Yountville’s unique small-town character.

From open houses and study sessions to one-on-one conversations and community dinners, hundreds of residents have shared their ideas, hopes, and feedback throughout the visioning and planning processes. These voices continue to shape the site plan and serve as the foundation for future entitlements and development.
