Town Manager’s Office
The Town of Yountville operates under a Council/Manager form of government. The Town Council sets policy, and the Town Manager carries out those policies by leading day-to-day operations across all Town departments. Acting as the Town’s Chief Executive Officer, the Town Manager ensures services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with the Council’s goals. The Town Manager also oversees contracted service providers, manages the development and implementation of the annual budget, and provides technical guidance to the Town Council on key policies, programs, and projects. Appointed by and serving at the will of the Town Council, the Town Manager plays a central role in keeping local government responsive and accountable. One of our top priorities is helping residents, visitors, and local businesses easily access the information and services they need. Finance
The Finance Division supports the Town’s financial stability and operational efficiency. The office prepares the Town budget, manages utility billing, oversees financial operations, and coordinates with other departments and outside agencies. It also provides staff support to the Town Manager and Town Council and serves as the Town Treasurer.
