Housing Authority of the City of Napa

The Town of Yountville contracts with the Housing Authority of the City of Napa (HACN) to administer a number of housing related programs. The HACN operates a variety of affordable housing programs including first time homebuyer and rehab loan programs. The HACN provides financing for the development of affordable housing, provides Section 8 rental assistance countywide, and administers various Federal, State and local programs to assist the community by providing affordable housing and supportive services at all levels of affordability. Home Repair Program
