• GASB 75 Actuarial Study (2022) - The Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) issued Statement 75 (replacement of GASB 45) which requires most government agencies to begin reporting the funding status of their other non-pension post-employment benefits (OPEB) in their financial statements. The Town commissioned MacLeod and Watts of Portland, OR to conduct an actuarial study of our OPEB benefits.

The Town of Yountville will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at or about 3:00 p.m. at Town Hall in Council Chambers located at Town Hall, 6550 Yount Street, Yountville, California, to review and consider all evidence, reports, testimony, and objections relative to the proposed revision to the Town of Yountville Development Impact Fees and Capacity Charges, and adoption of a Nexus Study in support.
