Celia King, Administrative Services Director

Celia was appointed the Finance Director for the Town of Yountville by the Town Manager in December 2019. She began her career with the Town of Yountville in June 2004 as the Account Clerk II, and over the following fifteen years promoted up through the Accounting Technician, Financial Analyst, and Finance Manager positions. Her long tenure with the Town has equipped her with abundant practical and institutional knowledge regarding Finance Department functions and the Yountville community. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from California Coast University in May 2018. Celia was born and raised in Napa and, along with her husband and two children, continues to call Napa Valley home. Celia is dedicated to providing professional and ethical leadership in relation to accounting and finance to the Yountville Town Council, staff and community.

Kyle Batista, Financial Analyst

Kyle Batista started working for the Town in January 2020. His previous accounting experience includes being and auditor for a Northern California auditing firm, as well as bookkeeping for a mechanical engineering firm.

Kim Meeks, Accounting Assistant (Utility Billing)

Kim Meeks has worked with Town since August 2011 and became a full-time employee in September 2018. She handles monthly utility billing and front office customer service. She was born and raised in Napa, where she lives with her husband and three children.

Venita Bush, PT Accounting Assistant

Venita began working for the Town of Yountville Finance Department in August 2019. She handles front office customer service and is most often the friendly voice you hear on the phone when you call Town Hall. Venita provides accounting and administrative support to multiple Town departments.
